Light open-cell foam fills every stud bay, sealing around wiring and pipes before the vapour barrier goes up.
Hotbox
Underside of an exterior overhang foamed to stop cold bridging at the front entrance — a common draft source.
Attic re-insulation
Old settled material addressed, penetrations and top plates sealed, then insulated back up to modern attic targets.
Wall cavity foam
Closed-cell foam trimmed flush and even across the framing — consistent thickness is what holds R-value.
Roof + wall in sunroom
Vaulted sunroom roof and surrounding walls sprayed continuously so the space stays usable year round.
Rim joist air sealing
The biggest quick win in most Manitoba homes: sealing and insulating headers around the entire perimeter.
