Meet the owner

Owner, owner-operator

Sukhpal started S&T RAI Services after five-plus years spraying foam in Manitoba attics, basements and farm shops. He still does the site assessments himself, because the assessment is where a good insulation job is won or lost — finding the air leaks, the damp corner, the missing header insulation nobody mentioned.

You get straight answers about cost, R-value and how long we'll be in your space, and a crew that treats your home like someone lives in it.

More about our story

Lower bills, smaller carbon footprint

In Manitoba, heating is the largest single source of household emissions. Air sealing and insulating the envelope is the cheapest emissions reduction most buildings will ever make — it works every hour of every winter, with no moving parts.

20–40% less heating energy
Typical range after a properly air-sealed attic, basement or header retrofit.
Fewer tonnes of CO₂ every year
Less natural gas burned means a permanent drop in emissions, not a one-time offset.
Pays back over years, lasts decades
Cured foam does not settle, sag or lose R-value the way old batts do.
