S&T RAI Services Ltd. is owner-operated. We are small on purpose: you deal with the person doing the work, and the standard never gets handed off.
Our story
I've always dreamed of serving people with quality work, and S&T RAI Services Ltd. is where that dream comes to life. Starting in this trade, I saw the same problems everywhere — incomplete work, poor communication, and homeowners left confused. I decided to do it differently.
Every job begins with a real assessment — moisture, air leakage, existing R-value, access — and an honest conversation in plain language. Then we quote it in writing, install to spec, and clean up like guests. We believe people prefer quality and reliability over the cheapest quote, and that's what we deliver.

Today we work weekdays across Winnipeg, Selkirk, Portage la Prairie, Oakville, Elie, Stonewall, Steinbach and communities throughout Manitoba, for homeowners and small business owners alike.
Our mission
Make Manitoba buildings warmer, drier and cheaper to heat — and cut their emissions while we're at it. Comfort and carbon reduction come from the same work.

Environmental commitment
We size jobs to avoid waste, use low-GWP blowing agents where available, recycle packaging and pails, and never oversell thickness beyond what the assembly needs. Reducing a building's heating load is the most durable climate work we can do.

We're a Manitoba family business. We support local trades, hire locally, and offer discounted air-sealing work for seniors on fixed incomes in our service area — ask when you call.
