Quick answers
What does spray foam insulation cost in Manitoba?
Most residential projects land between $2,500 and $9,000 depending on square footage, foam type and thickness. Rim joists and crawlspaces often start under $2,000. Every quote is fixed and itemised before we begin — no surprise charges.
What R-value do I actually need?
For Manitoba's climate zone, attics are typically targeted at R-50 to R-60, above-grade walls around R-22 effective, and basement walls R-15 or better. Closed-cell foam reaches those numbers in far less thickness than batts, which matters in shallow rafters and crawlspaces.
How long does the work take and can we stay home?
Most homes are one day; large shops can be two or three. You can normally stay home for attic and crawlspace work, but we ask that you keep out of the spray area and give it 24 hours of ventilation before spending time in the room.
How messy is it?
Foam is sprayed wet and cures in seconds, so overspray is contained by masking. We protect floors and finishes, trim any excess, vacuum, and remove all packaging and debris before leaving.
